Teams qualifying directly for the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 have been determined
Following the matches played in the 8th and final week of the UEFA Europa League, the teams that have earned the right to qualify directly for the Round of 16 have been determined.
The league phase of the UEFA Europa League concluded with 18 matches played in the 8th week.
In the 8th week of European football's second-tier club competition, Fenerbahçe drew 2-2 with Danish side Midtjylland. Galatasaray lost 2-1 to Dutch club Ajax, while Beşiktaş was defeated 1-0 by Twente, also from the Netherlands.
Following the completion of the league phase, Galatasaray finished 14th and Fenerbahçe 24th, both advancing to the play-offs, while Beşiktaş, finishing in 28th place, was eliminated.

The teams that finished in the top 8 of the league qualified directly for the Round of 16.
Lazio, Athletic Bilbao, Manchester United, Tottenham, Eintracht Frankfurt, Olympique Lyonnais, Olympiacos, and Rangers were the teams that finished in the top 8.
TEAMS RANKED 9-24 IN THE PLAY-OFF ROUND
Teams ranked 9th to 24th in the league earned the right to play in the play-offs to reach the Round of 16.
Bodø/Glimt, Anderlecht, FCSB, Ajax, Real Sociedad, Galatasaray, Roma, Viktoria Plzeň, Ferencváros, Porto, AZ Alkmaar, Midtjylland, Union Saint-Gilloise, PAOK, Twente, and Fenerbahçe will compete in the play-off round.
Braga, Elfsborg, Hoffenheim, Beşiktaş, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Slavia Prague, Malmö, RFS, Ludogorets, Dynamo Kyiv, Nice, and Qarabağ finished outside the top 24 and have bid farewell to European competitions.
