In the 28th week of the Süper Lig, Beşiktaş hosted Galatasaray in the derby. A scuffle broke out between the players in the 32nd minute of the match.

Kerem Demirbay wanted to take the corner kick won by Galatasaray. Demirbay moved away from the area after foreign objects were thrown from the stands.
