TFF announces: FIFA imposes point deduction penalty on Turkish club
The FIFA Disciplinary Committee has imposed a 6-point deduction penalty on Denizlispor, a team in the Nesine 3rd League Group 4.
In a statement released by the Turkish Football Federation, it was stated that "A 6-point deduction penalty has been applied to Denizlispor Club by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee regarding a total of 1 file."
Denizlispor, which was in 14th place with 10 points in the Nesine 3rd League Group 4, dropped to 4 points following the penalty and fell to the bottom of the table.
FIFA had previously imposed an 18-point deduction on Yeni Malatyaspor, a team in the Trendyol 1st League, and a 6-point deduction on Giresunspor, a team in the Nesine 2nd League Red Group.
