TFF files criminal complaint against Mehmet Büyükekşi
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has taken action against former president Mehmet Büyükekşi.
According to a report by Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, the federation has filed a criminal complaint against Mehmet Büyükekşi with the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
TFF President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu had made striking remarks regarding the financial statement of the Mehmet Büyükekşi era during a television program he attended in recent months.
Hacıosmanoğlu had stated, "At the financial general assembly, they presented a financial statement with a surplus of 5.9 million, but examinations revealed that this statement was actually at a deficit of 278 million. The financial details had been manipulated with a pen. This is a crime."
