TFF opens disciplinary investigation into 4 clubs
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) has referred Adana Demirspor, Çaykur Rizespor, MKE Ankaragücü, and club presidents Murat Sancak and İbrahim Turgut to the disciplinary committee.
The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) Legal Consultancy has referred Adana Demirspor Club President Murat Sancak and Çaykur Rizespor Club President İbrahim Turgut, as well as MKE Ankaragücü and Çaykur Rizespor, to the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK).
According to the statement made by the TFF, Çaykur Rizespor and club president İbrahim Turgut were referred to the disciplinary committee due to statements regarding the referee and other match officials included in a post on the club's social media account following the Ziraat Turkish Cup match.
Additionally, Adana Demirspor Club President Murat Sancak and administrator Metin Korkmaz were also sent to the disciplinary committee due to actions contrary to instructions during the Yukatel Adana Demirspor-Anagold 24Erzincanspor match.
MKE Ankaragücü Club was referred to the PFDK due to ugly and improper chanting and pitch incidents that occurred during the match played against Çaykur Rizespor.
