- In the 45+6th minute of the Kocaelispor - Çaykur Rizespor match, as Anfernee Dijksteel's shot from the right diagonal was blocked by the defense, referee Ümit Öztürk received a warning from VAR for a 'potential penalty review' after the ball went out of play. After reviewing the replay of the incident, referee Öztürk returned to the pitch and pointed to the penalty spot in favor of the home team due to a handball.
- In the 42nd minute of the Kasımpaşa - Fenerbahçe match, following a challenge in midfield, referee Oğuzhan Çakır was invited to review a 'potential red card'. After watching the incident on the VAR monitor, Çakır showed a red card to Kasımpaşa's Cafu due to his foul play against Milan Skriniar.
