The process to find a new head coach for the A National Football Team has accelerated at the Turkish Football Federation (TFF) following the departure of Vincenzo Montella. It is reported that the TFF Board of Directors has granted full authority to President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu regarding the search for a new manager.
Within the federation, Arda Turan is said to be the standout name among the local managerial candidates. During evaluations by the TFF management, it was conveyed that Turan was the only Turkish coach brought to the table and that a decision was made to extend an offer to the former national player.

It was noted that Arda Turan, who currently manages Shakhtar Donetsk, arrived in Istanbul by private jet on Saturday after coaching his club's match on Friday. It is understood that Turan, who met with his family, is also evaluating the possibility of taking over the National Team.
In initial contacts, it was alleged that Turan said, "My club does not want me to leave, and I will not abandon them while there is a war going on." Following this approach, it is stated that the TFF presented the young manager with a proposal to coach both Shakhtar Donetsk and the A National Team simultaneously.
It is reported that Arda Turan will consult with the Ukrainian club after evaluating this offer. The TFF's plan indicates that if a positive result cannot be reached with Turan, foreign managerial candidates will be brought to the agenda.
