Participating from the 4th pot in the draw held in Brussels, Belgium, the Crescent-Stars were drawn into Group 1 of League A alongside France, Italy, and Belgium.

The draw was attended by Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President İbrahim Hacıosmanoğlu, Vice President Zehra Neşe Kavak, Foreign Relations Board Vice President Çağrı Kanver, National Team Head Coach Vincenzo Montella, Foreign Relations and National Teams Administrative Director Buğra İmamoğulları, A and Under-21 National Team Administrative Manager Mert Tuncay, and National Teams Communications Manager Türker Tozar.

The League A draw was conducted by former Portuguese international Pepe, the League B draw by former French international Patrick Vieira, the League C draw by former Spanish international Fernando Llorente, and the League D draw by former Belgian international Mbo Mpenza.

Group 1: France, Italy, Belgium, TURKEY

Group 2: Germany, Netherlands, Serbia, Greece

Group 3: Spain, Croatia, England, Czechia

- Tournament format and match schedule

The 8 teams that finish their groups in the top two spots in League A will compete in two-legged quarter-finals. The winners of these ties will advance to the final tournament in June 2027.

The four group winners in Leagues B and C, as well as the two group winners in League D, will be promoted to Leagues A, B, and C respectively.

Teams finishing in fourth place in Leagues A and B will be automatically relegated to Leagues B and C. The two worst fourth-placed teams in League C will also be relegated to League D.

The third-placed teams in League A and the runners-up in League B, as well as the third-placed teams in League B and the runners-up in League C, will play two-legged play-off matches.

A play-off contest will also be held between the two best fourth-placed teams in League C and the two runners-up in League D.
