They announced Sadettin Saran's first transfer: An old friend is returning
Fenerbahçe has added Kim Min Jae, who has not found much playing time at Bayern Munich, to its agenda to strengthen its defensive line. The Yellow-Navy Blues have taken action for the transfer.
As Fenerbahçe accelerates its efforts to strengthen its squad ahead of the mid-season transfer window, it has added Bayern Munich defender Kim Min Jae to its agenda for reinforcements to the defensive line.
President Sadettin Saran and his management are preparing to take action for the 29-year-old South Korean center-back in line with the report from head coach Domenico Tedesco.
HE IS NOT FINDING PLAYING TIME AT BAYERN MUNICH
Kim Min Jae has remained in the background this season at Bayern Munich. The defender, who has only managed 1 assist in 2 Bundesliga matches, has played a total of 326 minutes in 6 official matches, falling behind the duo of Upamecano and Tah in the center-back rotation.
LOAN METHOD TO BE APPLIED IN TRANSFER
Fenerbahçe is expected to follow the same method it used for Milan Skriniar to sign Kim Min Jae. Skriniar, who was loaned from Paris Saint-Germain last season, joined Fenerbahçe permanently at the end of the season. Similarly, Fenerbahçe plans to make a loan offer with a purchase option for the South Korean center-back.
