Third salary adjustment for Fatih Tekke in 1 year

Trabzonspor announced in a notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) on March 13, 2025, that a 4.5-year contract had been signed with Fatih Tekke and his staff. The statement indicated that Tekke and his staff would be paid an annual guaranteed salary of 30 million TL, and that this amount would be increased by 20 percent each season.

Increased to 90 million TL in January

The burgundy-blue club revised the salary section of the head coach's contract on January 19, 2026. With the arrangement made, the salary of Fatih Tekke and his staff was updated as of January 2026 to a monthly net of 7.5 million TL, and an annual net guaranteed salary of 90 million TL.

Salary became 150 million TL with the new revision

In the latest statement sent by Trabzonspor Sportif Yatırım ve Futbol İşletmeciliği Ticaret AŞ to Borsa Istanbul and published on KAP, it was reported that Fatih Tekke's salary had been increased once again.

The statement included the following: "The provisions regarding the salary section of the head coach contract with our professional football team's head coach, Mr. Fatih Tekke, which expires on June 30, 2029, have been amended. According to the agreement reached, the net salary to be paid to Mr. Fatih Tekke for the 2026-2027 football season has been increased from 90 million liras to 150 million liras, and the relevant article of the contract has been revised accordingly."

Remarkable increase in salary

With the latest arrangement, Fatih Tekke's annual guaranteed salary has risen from the 30 million TL level in March 2025, when he was appointed, to 150 million TL. With two separate revisions made in a period of approximately one year, the annual guaranteed salary has been increased by a total of 5 times.
