Following the departure of Fatih Tekke from Trabzonspor, the club has decided on Thomas Reis as part of its search for a new head coach.

The German manager, who previously coached Samsunspor and was most recently at the helm of the Bulgarian side Ludogorets, arrived in Trabzon via a private jet.

Reis is expected to hold final negotiations with the club's management and subsequently sign an official contract.
