Three injuries at Amedspor following Trabzonspor match: Yira Sor out for approximately 6 weeks
Amedspor has shared the examination results regarding the health status of Yira Sor, David Bates, and Umut Meraş, who were injured during the Trabzonspor match.
A statement has been released regarding the health status of three players at Amed Sportif Faaliyetler, who defeated Trabzonspor 2-1 in the 3rd week of the Trendyol Süper Lig.
The club provided information on the evaluations and examination results for Yira Sor, David Bates, and Umut Meraş following the match.
According to the statement, magnetic resonance (MR) imaging of Yira Sor revealed a muscle injury approximately 11 centimeters long in the left biceps femoris, or hamstring muscle. The player's treatment and rehabilitation process is expected to take approximately 6 weeks.
As a result of David Bates's MRI, a mild level of edema and strain was identified in the hip region. Bates is planned to begin training with the team after a treatment program of approximately 3 days.
In Umut Meraş, a mild level of tension was detected in the left hamstring region. The experienced player is expected to return to training with the team within 2-3 days following a treatment and rest period.
Amedspor announced that the treatment and rehabilitation processes of the three players are being monitored by the club's medical team.
