Three-window transfer ban for Boluspor from FIFA: Registration board closed as of October 1
Boluspor, currently in last place in the Trendyol 1st League, will be unable to register new transfers for three windows following a FIFA decision.
Boluspor, which has had a poor start to the season in the Trendyol 1st League, has received a transfer ban from FIFA. The red-and-white club, which appears on the transfer registration ban list published by the International Federation of Association Football, has had its registration board closed for three windows.
According to FIFA records, the start date of the ban is October 1, 2026. Due to the decision, Boluspor will be unable to complete license registration procedures for any new players it adds to its squad during the duration of the ban.
The Bolu team, which is reportedly going through a difficult period financially, is now facing a sanction that will directly affect its transfer planning while it struggles to remain in the league.
The red-and-whites have recorded 7 losses and 1 draw in the past 8 weeks. Boluspor earned its only point by drawing 1-1 at home against Pendikspor in the 7th week.
Boluspor, currently at the bottom of the league, has scored 3 goals while conceding 20 during this period.
