Toprak Razgatlıoğlu to start World Championship with a lap record
National motorcycle racer Toprak Razgatlıoğlu will start the Motul FIM Superbike World Championship with a lap record.
The 2024 racing season in the World Championship will begin on February 23-25 with the race at the Grand Prix Circuit on Phillip Island, Australia.
Red Bull athlete Toprak Razgatlıoğlu, who is preparing for the season with his new team Rokit BMW—with whom he signed a 2-year agreement—and participated in tests with his teammate Michael van der Mark, tested tire life, chassis, engine braking, and new strategies.
The national athlete broke the lap record in the official tests with a time of 1:28.511, with ongoing work on engine strategy, electronics, and the swingarm.
Teams and riders at Phillip Island have completed their final official tests.
