Trabzonspor secures 3-goal victory ahead of Fenerbahçe match
Samsunspor and Trabzonspor faced off in the 'Black Sea Derby' played in the 21st week of the Süper Lig.
In the match played at the Samsun Yeni 19 Mayıs Stadium, Trabzonspor defeated Samsunspor 3-0 away from home, taking the 3 points in the challenging encounter.
The goals that brought the 3 points to the Bordeaux-Blues were scored by Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu in the 23rd and 81st minutes, and by Ernest Muçi from a penalty in the 90+1st minute.
With this victory, the 'Storm' brought its points total to 45 and finished the week in 3rd place.
Samsunspor, on the other hand, remained in 7th place with 30 points on goal difference.
Next week in the league, Trabzonspor will host Fenerbahçe at home, while Samsunspor will be the guest of Antalyaspor.
