Trabzonspor secures first league win

Trabzonspor, in the 7th week of the Süper Lig, TÜMOSAN Konyaspor were the hosts. Defeating their opponent 3-1 in the match played at Papara Park, the burgundy-blues secured their first league win of the season.

FIRST GOALS FROM SIMON BANZA

Trabzonspor's goals came in the 16th minute from Edin Visca and in the 45+4th and 54th minutes from Simon Banza scored. Banza netted his first goals for the burgundy-blue team. Konyaspor's only goal in the 24th minute came from Adil Demirbağ .

UMUT NAYIR MISSES PENALTY

In the green-white team, Umut Nayir failed to convert a penalty in the 80th minute. The ball hit the side post and went out of play during Umut's penalty attempt.

OZAN TUFAN AND BAZOER INJURED

For Trabzonspor, Ozan Tufan, and for Konyaspor, Riechedly Bazoer was forced to leave the game due to injury. In the 37th minute, Muhammed Cham replaced Ozan, and in the 74th minute, Filip Damjanovic came on for Bazoer.

Having drawn all 5 of their previous matches this season in the Süper Lig, Trabzonspor secured their first win in their 6th match, bringing their points total to 8 and moving into 9th place. Konyaspor, also with 8 points, sits in 10th place.
