Trabzonspor team bus attacked with stones in Samsun

According to the statement made by the burgundy-blue club, the team bus carrying the delegation to the Samsun Yeni 19 Mayıs Stadium, where the match will be played, was attacked with stones by unidentified individuals.

The statement condemned the attack and noted the following:

"The stone attack on our team bus before the Samsunspor match shows that these incidents are no longer isolated, but clearly organized attacks. These heinous acts, which were repeated today in Samsun after previously occurring in Kocaeli and Antalya, are unacceptable, cannot be ignored, and cannot be normalized.

These attacks are not only directed at Trabzonspor; they are vile attempts aimed at the security, sense of justice, and reputation of Turkish football. The safety of our athletes, technical staff, and club personnel is clearly under threat.

Trabzonspor Club will never allow these shameful attacks, which have occurred for the third time in a row, to be normalized.

We demand that exemplary punishments be given to the perpetrators who carried out these attacks, and we respectfully announce to the public that we will follow the process to the end. Announced to the public."
