The Turkish National Football Team has begun the first phase of its preparations for the 2024 European Championship (EURO 2024).
According to the statement made by the TFF, the players who joined the camp at the Hasan Doğan National Teams Camp and Training Facilities held training sessions yesterday and today.
In the training sessions led by head coach Vincenzo Montella, in addition to video analysis meetings, the team worked on strength and mobilization in the fitness gym, and on passing, ball possession, and off-the-ball movement during field drills.
The first phase of training included players from the extended squad: Doğan Alemdar, Ahmetcan Kaplan, Ozan Kabak, Samet Akaydin, Can Uzun, Okay Yokuşlu, Orkun Kökçü, Abdülkadir Ömür, Yunus Akgün, Bertuğ Yıldırım, Enes Ünal, and Yusuf Yazıcı, as well as goalkeeper Berke Özer, who will be present for the training sessions between May 24-28.
The National Team will continue its preparations with a training session tomorrow at 11:30.
