Turkish female pilot Seda Kaçan will hit the track in Italy on October 29, during the Republic's 100th anniversary.
Seda Kaçan, who will compete in the TCR Italy Championship at Italy's Formula 1 track, Imola, will be the first Turkish female pilot to represent Turkey on the track.
Kaçan, the only woman among the 33 athletes who will start on the track, will enter the race with a special 100th-anniversary helmet featuring photographs of pioneering Republican women.
Seda Kaçan began racing cars in 2022 and became the first female pilot to compete in the Turkish Track Championship in 30 years.
