Turkish users leave rivals behind in the Mini Cup game released for EURO 2024

The Turkish National Football Team, which started EURO 2024 with a victory against Georgia, will face Portugal on Saturday. The match, which is among the most critical in the group, will be broadcast on TRT1 at 19:00.

The game prepared by Google for EURO 2024 appears as a "blue ball" icon in the bottom right of the screen during mobile searches related to EURO 2024.

After pressing the blue ball icon, a "team selection" screen appears, and you try to score goals by swiping your finger to shoot the ball at the goalkeepers in the net. 

With every goal scored, the goalkeeper gets annoyed, and their speed moving left and right in the goal increases. 

The goals scored are tallied, and since users log in with their Google accounts, they are counted both individually and for the selected country. 

TURKEY LEAVES RIVALS BEHIND

Having scored 319 million 853 thousand 253 goals so far (as of 20.06.2024 11:38), Turkish users are in first place on the leaderboard. 

Portugal follows Turkey, with the number of goals scored by Portuguese users at the 114 million 507 thousand 899 level.
