UEFA announces Galatasaray's prize money for Liverpool victory
Galatasaray faced Liverpool at home in the second week of the UEFA Champions League. The yellow-reds managed to defeat their opponent 1-0 in the match played at Rams Park.
Victor Osimhen scored the goal that brought victory to Galatasaray in the 16th minute of the match. This was Osimhen's first goal in the UEFA Champions League wearing the yellow-red jersey.
2 MILLION 100 THOUSAND EUROS VICTORY PRIZE FROM UEFA
Following this victory, the amount of money Galatasaray earned has been revealed. The yellow-reds are entitled to receive 2 million 100 thousand Euros (103 million TL) from UEFA.
Galatasaray, which qualified directly for the UEFA Champions League, has added a total of 32.1 million euros to its coffers.
