FIFA-badged referee Halil Umut Meler will officiate the UEFA Europa League match between Switzerland's FC Basel and England's Aston Villa on Thursday, December 11.
In theSwiss city of Basel, at St. Jakob-Park Stadium, the match, which will kick off at 23:00 Turkish time,will see Halil Umut Meler assisted byİbrahim Çağlar Uyarcan and Abdullah Bora Özkara.
Inthe match, Cihan Aydın willserve as the fourth official, Michael Fabbri (Italy) as VAR, and Onur Özütoprak will serve as AVAR.
