UEFA country coefficient updated after Fenerbahçe's victory over Sturm Graz

Fenerbahçe defeated Austrian side Sturm Graz 2-0 at Kadıköy in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round. Following the yellow-navy blues' victory, the UEFA country coefficient ranking has been updated.
The goals that brought victory to Fenerbahçe, managed by İsmail Kartal, came from Anderson Talisca in the 10th minute and Mason Greenwood in the 45th minute. With this result, Fenerbahçe gained an advantage ahead of the return leg and also contributed to Turkey's points tally in European competitions.

RACE WITH POLAND AND CZECHIA
Gornik Zabrze, a representative of Poland, one of Turkey's close pursuers, lost to Ferencvaros in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round. With Fenerbahçe's victory, Turkey has slightly widened the gap with Poland.
If the Polish team is eliminated in the Europa League tie, there is a possibility they could face Beşiktaş or Hradec Kralove in the Conference League play-off round. Therefore, the tie between Beşiktaş and the Czech representative Hradec Kralove is important for both advancing and the country coefficient.
