Venues for 2 of Fenerbahçe's EuroLeague matches changed
Fenerbahçe Club has announced that the venues for 2 of its men's basketball team's EuroLeague matches have been changed.
In a statement regarding the matter, the yellow-navy club said, "Our Fenerbahçe Beko Men's Basketball Team's EuroLeague Round 10 and 11 matches, which were scheduled to be played against Maccabi Rapyd Tel Aviv on Tuesday, November 11, and Hapoel IBI Tel Aviv on Thursday, November 13, at the Ülker Sports and Event Hall, will be played in a different country and will be open to the participation of our fans due to security measures taken by the authorities.
In line with this decision focused on security measures, as a result of the research and negotiations conducted by our club and EuroLeague officials, it has been decided that the SAP Garden in Munich, Germany, which is permitted by local authorities to host these matches, has availability on the relevant dates, and meets EuroLeague competition criteria, will host the games.
Information regarding the start times of the matches, ticket sales, and how the grievances of our season ticket holders will be addressed due to the fact that these matches cannot be played at the Ülker Sports and Event Hall will be provided on our official website," the statement read.
