Victor Osimhen in Istanbul: Here is his first statement

Galatasaray's new signing Victor Osimhen has arrived in Istanbul. Osimhen stated, "I don't even know how to describe my current feelings. I am very excited. I have returned to a place I love."

The private jet carrying Victor Osimhen landed at Istanbul Atatürk Airport General Aviation Terminal around 21:50. Osimhen is expected to undergo a medical examination for Galatasaray tomorrow. Victor Osimhen and his family arrived in Istanbul wearing Galatasaray jerseys.

Speaking to journalists, Victor Osimhen said, "Honestly, I am struggling to find the words to describe this. I feel great to be here. I mean, look at the crowd, look at the people who followed my flight… I am at home. This is where I want to be. I am very happy to be here, to be able to return. It is a great thing to return to a place where I feel safe, a place that feels like home for my family, my friends, and myself."

GIANT DEAL

Galatasaray will pay a transfer fee of 75 million euros to Napoli for the 25-year-old star. It is planned that 40 million euros of this amount will be paid upfront, with the remaining 35 million to be paid by the end of 2026. Osimhen is expected to earn 16 million euros annually from Galatasaray.
