Vincenzo Montella evaluates the National Team's victory against Georgia

In the first match of Group F at the 2024 European Football Championship (EURO 2024), the National Football Team defeated Georgia 3-1 at the BVB Dortmund Stadium.

Reminding that Hakan Çalhanoğlu is a tremendous footballer, Vincenzo Montella said, "He showed this many times this season. We have an incredible footballer. It is said that our team plays without a striker. But let no one forget that we have a very offensive team.

It was expected that our captain Hakan Çalhanoğlu would show such a good defensive performance while there were two center-backs, but frankly, we thought he would struggle more than he did.
