Manager and football commentator Volkan Demirel shared his assessments regarding Barış Alper Yılmaz being left out of the squad at Galatasaray. Demirel stated, "If Barış Alper was not included in the squad, it means this matter is finished. There will be no good coming from this from now on."
Demirel provided information about the offer NEOM made to Barış Alper and Galatasaray's expectations. He used the expressions, "There are offers for Barış Alper from NEOM and Galatasaray. Galatasaray has higher expectations, and this is an understandable situation. You want to keep a player like Barış, but the figures offered are quite attractive."
Stating that Barış Alper not being included in the Kayserispor match squad indicates that the transfer is complete, Demirel said, "It is likely that Barış Alper will leave. It is not healthy for him to stay right now."
Commenting on Galatasaray's salary balance, Demirel said, "Osimhen's salary might disturb the players. It is normal for Barış Alper to want to leave; the salary balance needs to be established well."
