Czech fans caused a major scandal with a racist banner they unfurled during the Fenerbahçe match.
In the 4th week of the UEFA Europa League, our representative Fenerbahçe faced Viktoria Plzen away in Czechia.
Preparing a choreography before the match, Viktoria Plzen fans caused a major scandal.
The Czechs engaged in a racist act by unfurling a banner that read, “We must fight the Turks.”
It remains a matter of curiosity what kind of penalty UEFA, which campaigns against racism, will impose for the banner.
