According to a report by Sports Digitale, Okan Özkan has become the new sporting director of Fenerbahçe. The club has also offered the position of assistant sporting director to Devin Özek.

Okan Özkan was born on February 2, 1991, in Istanbul. Possessing experience in both technical and administrative fields, Özkan has shown a remarkable rise in his football career despite his young age. As a coach holding a UEFA A License, he has established an important place in the football community with both his on-field knowledge and management skills.

As of 2025, Okan Özkan is 34 years old and is making a name for himself by taking on a significant role such as sporting director at Fenerbahçe despite his young age.

A graduate of the Istanbul University Department of Economics, Özkan received training in sports industry and management at the Università di Siena in Italy during the 2012-2013 season. After returning to Turkey, he completed the Sports Law and Management Certificate Program at Kadir Has University. To further strengthen his academic background, he completed a master's degree in Sports Management at Marmara University.
