In the Beşiktaş Club presidential election, where Hasan Arat and Serdal Adalı competed, the new president of Beşiktaş became Hasan Arat.
During the voting process held at the Beşiktaş Emlakjet Sports Complex, 12 thousand 152 members cast their votes. Members voting in 21 different ballot boxes determined the new president of Beşiktaş.
In the fierce competition between Hasan Arat and Serdal Adalı, the winning side was Hasan Arat. After 18 ballot boxes were opened, Arat's victory in the presidential election became certain as he led Serdal Adalı by 2333 votes.
Arat, who was elected as the 35th president of Beşiktaş, took the seat following Ahmet Nur Çebi, who had been in office since 2019.
