Will Rey Manaj be able to play in the Galatasaray match? Bülent Uygun explains

Preparations continue for Sivasspor, which will be the guest of Galatasaray in the 34th week of the Süper Lig.

The manager of the Red-Whites, Bülent Uygun, answered questions from members of the press before training.

Emphasizing that the Galatasaray match will be difficult, Uygun said, “For Sivasspor, the points are so close that we have frankly entered the process that will determine the last team to go to the European cups. “IT DOES NOT CONCERN OUR COMMUNITY”

When asked by a reporter, 'This match also closely concerns the championship. What would you say?', the experienced coach replied, “In the end, who becomes the champion does not concern me. I am looking at how successful I can be with my own team. In the end, we played against all 4 teams, and we gave our maximum effort at the highest level against all 4 of them. Therefore, who is what does not concern me much. Or it does not concern our community. Everyone in the country already sees their performance and what is happening more than enough. We will just go out and do whatever we need to do for the sake of football in the best way possible. Then, whoever treats us how will get their response.”

“REY MANAJ HAS A MINOR INJURY”

Bülent Uygun also announced that Rey Manaj has a minor injury, stating, “Rey Manaj has a minor injury due to a blow he received in the match. Other than that, we do not have any injuries. Hakan Arslan is already known to be returning perhaps by the last week of the season; he has started running. Other than that, there are no injuries. Everyone else is ready. Starting tomorrow, Rey Manaj will join his team in the best possible way.”

“OUR PRESIDENT HAS REACHED AN AGREEMENT WITH ALI IN PRINCIPLE”

Stating that they will continue with Ali Şaşal Vural next season but that he also likes Nikolic's performance, Uygun said, “When I spoke with Ali, I said I wanted to see Nikolic. Then I said, I will play him in the Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe matches. I said I would see Nikolic in the matches after that. Because what can Nikolic give us in the new season? We had no chance to see it without him playing. Indeed, Niko is really performing in the matches we played him in, and he deserves it. But we played the Fenerbahçe match to fulfill what we promised Ali. Ali will also play in the Galatasaray match. We are already continuing with Ali and Nikolic in the new season. Our president has reached an agreement with Ali in principle.”

“WE ARE SAYING IT, BUT NO ONE IS LISTENING”

Emphasizing that referees ignore the fouls committed against Rey Manaj in matches, the experienced coach continued:

“Unfortunately, the referees ignore the fouls committed against Rey Manaj; they don't see them. They characterize them as a struggle. The opponent climbs on top of him, pulls him from the right, pulls his jersey, and they say 'play on.' Since our referees are generally 'visually impaired,' there is not much to say. They cannot give what they see, and they give what they do give incorrectly. We, of course, expect the referees to raise their own communities and their own quality as soon as possible. Everything in the country is rising. Only their problems affect all of Turkish football. We cannot improve them in any way. We are saying it, but no one is listening. We are explaining it, but no one understands; there are no more words to say.”
