National football player Yunus Akgün, who plays for Galatasaray, will undergo surgery after being diagnosed with an inguinal hernia. It was stated that this decision was reached due to severe pain, and he was not included in the squad for the away match against Ajax.
Yunus Akgün is expected to be away from the pitch for 6 to 8 weeks. During this period, he will be unable to play in the matches against Kocaelispor, Gençlerbirliği, Union Saint-Gilloise, Fenerbahçe, Samsunspor, and Monaco. If the recovery process takes longer, the star player could miss the remainder of the first half of the league season.
The Galatasaray technical staff and fans hope for Yunus's swift recovery. The impact of his absence on the team's performance during this period is being watched with curiosity.
