National team player Yunus Akgün's goal against Latvia in the UEFA Euro 2024 qualifiers has been voted the "best of the week."
As a result of the voting held on UEFA's website, the 23-year-old player's goal, scored in the 58th minute of the Turkey-Latvia match, took the top spot in the "goal of the week" rankings.
Yunus Akgün surpassed Ukraine's Mykhailo Mudryk, Switzerland's Xherdan Shaqiri, and Serbia's Aleksandar Mitrovic in the voting.
