Yusuf Yazıcı makes Lille history
National football player Yusuf Yazıcı, who plays for the French Ligue 1 team Lille, has become the French club's all-time top scorer in European competitions with 10 goals.
In the 5th match of the UEFA Europa Conference League Group A, Lille secured their spot in the knockout stages by defeating Olimpija Ljubljana 2-0 away from home.
The goals that brought victory to the French side were scored by Remy Cabella in the 15th minute and Yusuf Yazıcı in the 75th minute. With this goal, the 26-year-old player wrote his name into Lille's history.
