Hıdırnebi Plateau prepares to become a tourism hub: Projects and investments

Comprehensive arrangement and rehabilitation works have been completed in the Dereçimeni area, where the Hıdırnebi Plateau Festivals, traditionally organized every year by the Akçaabat Municipality, are held. The renovated area has been made more suitable for both festival organizations and use by visitors throughout the year.

The Hıdırnebi Pond and landscaping works carried out by the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ) have been completed and opened for service. The living spaces created around the pond add value to the natural beauty of the plateau while offering new social usage opportunities to visitors.

Akçaabat Mayor Osman Nuri Ekim stated, "Our Hıdırnebi Plateau is one of the most important tourism centers not only of our Akçaabat but also of our region. We will continue our work with determination for a Hıdırnebi that preserves its natural beauty and offers higher quality service to its visitors."

With the investments made, ongoing projects, and planned new facilities, Hıdırnebi Plateau is targeted to become one of the most important centers of Black Sea tourism in the coming years. The plateau, which will offer natural beauty and modern tourism infrastructure together, is preparing to host both domestic and foreign visitors.
