Cast for the new Prison Break series finalized! Who are the actors in the new lineup?

Hulu is working on a new production set in the universe of the popular 2000s series Prison Break. This version, which will have a story independent of the original series, will focus on new characters. 

WHICH ACTORS ARE IN THE CAST?

While Emily Browning, Lukas Gage, and Drake Rodger will star in the series, the cast also includes names such as Clayton Cardenas, JR Bourne, Georgie Flores, and Myles Bullock.

OFFICIAL APPROVAL GRANTED FOR PILOT EPISODE

The project, which was announced about a year and a half ago, has received official approval from Hulu for a pilot episode. The script for the production is being written by Elgin James, known for the series Mayans M.C. and The Outlaws, while the creator of the original series, Paul T. Scheuring, is contributing to the project as a producer.

ICONIC CHARACTERS WILL NOT APPEAR

The series will take place in one of the high-security prisons in America and will offer a story that expands the Prison Break universe. However, original characters such as Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows will not appear in this version. The production will be presented to viewers with new characters and a different plot.

RELEASE DATE STILL UNCERTAIN

The series, which currently only has approval for a pilot episode, is expected to be officially announced by Hulu after the filming process is completed.
