Global coffee chain Starbucks has decided to increase its prices in Turkey by 15 percent. According to the company's new price list, which last raised prices in January, the price of a small filter coffee has risen to 110 TL.
HOW MUCH IS THE MOST AFFORDABLE COFFEE?
With the prices effective as of June 3, the most affordable beverage sold at Starbucks stores in Turkey, the small filter coffee, is now offered at 110 TL.
A medium (Grande) filter coffee is now 120 TL, and a large (Venti) is 130 TL.
Company officials cite rising operational costs and the global increase in raw material prices as the reason for the hike. According to experts, the rise in coffee bean prices, exchange rate fluctuations, and the increase in general operating expenses have been influential in this pricing policy.
50 PERCENT INCREASE IN THE LAST YEAR
Starbucks had implemented its previous price increase in January 2025. With this new hike, the total price increase over the last year has approached 50 percent.
