9 workers were injured, 1 critically: Sad news following the flour factory explosion in Çorum
A worker who was critically injured in an explosion at a flour factory in Çorum has passed away at the hospital where he was receiving treatment.
Zülfikar Tutuş (47), who was critically injured in an explosion that occurred in the packaging unit of a flour factory on Erzurumdede Street in the Mimar Sinan neighborhood on May 6, has lost his battle for life at the Hitit University Erol Olçok Training and Research Hospital.
Tutuş's body was taken to the morgue for autopsy procedures.
It was reported that 6 of the other injured workers have been discharged, while the treatment of workers Ali T. (41) and Gazi K. (46) continues in the burn unit.
