Access ban imposed on Turabi's song
The Ankara 6th Criminal Court of Peace has imposed an access ban on Turabi's song following an application by the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
The Ankara 6th Criminal Court of Peace has issued an access ban regarding a song released on social media by Turabi, who is known for a reality competition show, which drew widespread public reaction.
The Ministry of Family and Social Services took action on the grounds that the song and its music video contained sexist expressions degrading women and included elements contrary to public morality. The Ministry applied to the court to have the content removed from publication, citing concerns that it could negatively affect the mental and psychological development of children and young people.
ACCESS BAN IMPOSED
Reviewing the application, the Ankara 6th Criminal Court of Peace found the request justified and decided to impose an access ban on Turabi's song and video.
