AKP MP involved in traffic accident
AKP Karaman MP Selman Oğuzhan Eser and his family survived a traffic accident on the Karaman–Konya road with minor injuries.
The vehicle carrying AKP Karaman MP Selman Oğuzhan Eser was involved in an accident on the Karaman–Konya highway in the evening hours. Eser was traveling from Karaman toward Ankara in his car with license plate 06 KAR 70 when the incident occurred near the Kaşınhanı neighborhood of Konya's Meram district.

It is alleged that Eser was forced to swerve after a semi-truck suddenly appeared in front of him, causing the vehicle to lose control and strike a traffic sign on the median. It was noted that the footage of the accident was captured moment-by-moment by the MP's dashcam.

Eser, who sustained minor injuries along with his wife and children who were in the vehicle, was taken to Konya City Hospital by ambulance as a precaution. Following medical examinations, it was learned that the MP and his family are in good health and have been discharged from the hospital.

An investigation into the incident has been launched.
