The citizen who recorded the footage said the following:
"I wouldn't believe it if I saw it in my dreams, look at that, there is a POS device in front of him. Is there such a thing? People used to say it would be like this soon, I didn't believe it. He is really using a POS device. I don't know where these people are going, I don't know either. Begging is being done with a POS device, is there such a thing? He must be a taxpayer, I mean."
