Bloody showdown at the gym: Chilling post following the murder

A chilling incident took place the other day on Muammer Aksoy Street, located in the Mustafapaşa neighborhood of Kocaeli's Gebze district. An argument broke out between Velican Aras, who worked at a gym on the street, and Alihan Ş., who lives in a wheelchair.

After the argument, Alihan Ş. left the scene, only to return a short while later and open fire on Velican Aras, who was in front of the gym. Seriously injured, Aras was taken to Gebze Fatih State Hospital by medical teams. However, despite all efforts, he could not be saved and lost his life.

Alihan Ş., who attempted to flee after the attack, and his brother, who was driving the car, were apprehended and taken into custody by the police in a short time. Following the murder, a post made by Alihan Ş. on his social media account, "If you slap someone and film it, you will watch the moment you get shot on camera recordings like this. Before 21 hours pass, your blood will flow like this," drew significant backlash.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
