Earthquake warning for Kütahya from Prof. Dr. Naci Görür: 'The region is under stress'

In his assessment regarding the 4.2 magnitude earthquake that occurred in the Simav district of Kütahya, Prof. Dr. Naci Görür stated, 'Similar earthquakes occurred here a few days ago as well. Administrators must be careful. The region is under N-S stress.'
A 4.2 magnitude earthquake occurred in the Simav district of Kütahya at 14:38, at a depth of approximately 10.66 kilometers.
Geologist Prof. Dr. Naci Görür made the following assessment in a statement regarding the earthquake on his social media account:
'Friends, a 4.3 magnitude earthquake occurred in Yemişli-Simav/Kütahya. The earthquake is near the Naşa Fault Zone. Similar earthquakes occurred here a few days ago as well. Administrators must be careful. The region is under N-S stress.'
