Erdoğan to visit Turkmenistan
AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will pay an official visit to Turkmenistan for the "International Forum on Peace and Trust" to be held on December 11-12.
Presidential Communications Director Prof. Dr. Burhanettin Duran announced that AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will travel to Turkmenistan on December 11-12.
In a statement made via NSosyal, Duran stated that Erdoğan's visit is planned for the International Forum on Peace and Trust, which will be held within the scope of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality status and the declaration of 2025 as the "International Year of Peace and Trust" by a UN General Assembly resolution.
Noting that Erdoğan will deliver a speech at the Forum, Burhanettin Duran also recorded that the President is expected to hold meetings with the heads of state and government of the countries participating in the event, primarily Turkmenistan.
