Femicide in Kahta: Woman murdered by her estranged husband who slit her throat!
In the Kahta district of Adıyaman, a woman who was stabbed by her husband, from whom she was in the process of divorcing, was critically injured in the middle of the street and later passed away at the hospital where she was taken.
In the murder that took place on Recep Tayyip Erdoğan Street in the Kahta district of Adıyaman, a man identified as M.A. attacked his 45-year-old wife, Emine Aluç, with a knife in the middle of the street while they were in the process of divorcing. Emine Aluç was critically injured after being stabbed in the chest and throat.
It was stated that the couple's daughter, who was with them during the attack and whose identity has not yet been determined, was also injured in the hand by the suspect.
Upon notification by citizens in the vicinity, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. Emine Aluç, who was taken to Kahta State Hospital following the initial intervention by medical teams, could not be saved despite all efforts.
A large-scale search operation has been launched by police teams to apprehend the suspect, M.A., who fled after the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
