Fire at pallet factory in Ankara brought under control
A fire that broke out at a pallet factory in Ankara's Sincan district has been brought under control following the intervention of firefighting teams.
A fire broke out at a pallet factory in Ankara's Sincan district.
According to the information received, a fire started for reasons yet to be determined in the morning hours at a pallet factory located in the Anadolu Organized Industrial Zone (OSB).
Upon notification by bystanders who saw smoke rising from the factory, a large number of firefighting teams were dispatched to the area.
The fire, which also spread to an adjacent factory, was brought under control as a result of the teams' efforts, which lasted approximately 3 hours.
It was learned that there were no personnel inside at the time of the fire as the workday had not yet begun.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
