Real estate data platform Endeksa has announced the cheapest and most expensive districts in Istanbul based on February 2025 data. The latest figures show that the situation is becoming increasingly difficult, especially for low-income citizens.

IMBALANCE IN THE HOUSING MARKET

Among the biggest reasons for the rapid rise in rental prices in Istanbul are housing demand exceeding supply, the increase in construction costs, and economic uncertainties.

Experts state that prices are increasing uncontrollably due to the insufficient number of rental apartments in Istanbul.
