The basis of the case file, in which Yusuf Çakır has been detained since October 4, 2023, is the promise he made to many people around him that 'profits could be made by trading vehicles.'
According to the case file, millions of liras entered Attorney Çakır's account. Some of the money was returned by Çakır to these individuals as 'profit shares.' However, in the final stage, it was calculated that 139 million 136 thousand 277 TL remained in Çakır's account.
