Minister Yerlikaya announced: 1 terrorist in the Gray category has been neutralized

Minister of Interior Ali Yerlikaya announced the details of the Bozdoğan-40 operations via X.

Yerlikaya stated the following:

"In the 'BOZDOĞAN-40' operation carried out in the Lice district of Diyarbakır province, 1 terrorist in the GRAY category was neutralized!

It was determined that the neutralized terrorist was Mehmet Yıldırım, codenamed Sofi, who was in the GRAY category on the Ministry of Interior's wanted terrorists list; and that he was one of the perpetrators of 6 separate attacks in which 8 security personnel and 15 civilians were martyred, and 8 security personnel and 10 civilians were injured."
