Poet Oğulcan Kütük detained
Renowned poet Oğulcan Kütük was detained in the morning hours in accordance with Article 286 of the Turkish Penal Code.
Oğulcan Kütük, who recently won the İlhan Berk Poetry Award, was detained in the early hours of the morning.
Speaking to Diken, his lawyer Ekrem Sürer stated that Kütük is being processed under Article 286 of the Turkish Penal Code.

This article stipulates a prison sentence of up to six months for individuals who record unauthorized audio or video during investigation and prosecution processes.
In the past period, an investigation was launched against individuals who recorded audio and shared these recordings on social media during the diploma case in which imprisoned presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu was being tried. In this context, Kütük's detention has drawn attention.
